How it behaves
Exactly what the prompt builds — every timing and easing is specified, so the result matches the demo.
- Small bold uppercase line "Got a project?" above huge expanded "LET'S TALK", with ] ] ] on the left (mirrored) and ] ] ] on the right, at opacities 1, 0.5 and 0.1 going outward.
- While the pointer is over the block, every bracket is pushed outward. The push depends on which side the pointer is on: brackets on the pointer's side move up to 90px, the far side only 20px. Inner brackets move most, outer ones 25% less each.
- Movement runs through a spring (stiffness 120, damping 14) so the brackets overshoot and settle.
- On hover, "Let's Talk" fills red left→right over 700ms (background-clip: text, so glyphs never misalign).
- On leave, everything springs back. Reduced motion: brackets stay still; the color wipe still works.
- On small screens only the innermost bracket on each side is shown.
